Role Summary
We are looking for a Delivery Lead / Business Analyst with strong Maximo and work management experience to help lead pilot execution, business-rule definition, stakeholder coordination, use-case refinement, and acceptance readiness. This role will serve as the bridge between customer operations, technical delivery, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis for AI-enabled work management use cases
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops, design sessions, and pilot readiness reviews
• Define business rules, reviewer checkpoints, success criteria, and process exceptions
• Support translation of operational needs into data, AI, application, and testing requirements
• Manage scope, issue tracking, action items, and pilot delivery cadence
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solution design fits actual work management practice
• Support UAT, acceptance criteria, training readiness, and deployment coordination
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in delivery leadership, business analysis, or product / program roles
• Strong experience with Maximo, work management, maintenance planning, corrective action, or asset management workflows
• Experience working with enterprise technology and operations stakeholders
• Ability to document requirements, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate across business, technical, and delivery contexts
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in nuclear, utilities, generation, outage planning, or industrial operations
• Experience with AI, analytics, workflow modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with pilot delivery, change management, and user adoption activities
• PMP, CBAP, or related delivery / analysis certifications
