Role Summary
We are hiring a Full-Stack Workflow / Application Developer to build reviewer-facing and planner-facing workflow applications that present AI recommendations, supporting evidence, audit details, and human approval controls. This role will help turn AI outputs into usable, governed operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
•Build secure web-based applications and workflow components for reviewer / planner interaction
•Implement interfaces for recommendation display, evidence review, approval / override actions, and audit capture
•Integrate application components with backend AI, retrieval, and data services
•Support role-based access, workflow state handling, traceability, and user action logging
•Build application components that support testing, usability, maintainability, and operational support
•Work with business and delivery leads to refine user journeys and workflow controls
•Support deployment, issue resolution, and pilot hypercare
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack application development
• Strong experience with React, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar enterprise application stacks
•Experience building workflow-oriented or data-driven applications
•Experience integrating front-end components with APIs and backend services
•Understanding of authentication, authorization, audit logging, and enterprise application security
•Ability to build clean, maintainable, production-ready applications
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with Power Apps, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, or API Management
•Experience building review / approval workflows, dashboards, or evidence-driven applications
•Experience in regulated, utility, industrial, or enterprise environments
•Familiarity with AI-enabled application patterns and retrieval-based UX
