About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MAS / Maximo Project Manager to lead delivery efforts supporting the migration from IBM Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9).
This role will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of continuous enhancement releases and modernization initiatives within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
The Project Manager will act as the primary delivery lead between technical teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery for MAS migration and enhancement initiatives
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate teams across development, testing, architecture, and client stakeholders
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Provide regular status reporting and governance updates
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks
- Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects
- 3+ years of experience delivering IBM Maximo projects
- Experience managing platform upgrades or enterprise system migrations
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
- Agile or hybrid project delivery models
- Complex enterprise IT environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Maximo 7.6 to MAS migrations
- Experience in utilities, nuclear, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with OpenShift, cloud platforms, or container-based architectures
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery teams

Security Clearance Requirement
This role requires nuclear facility site-access security clearance.
- Clearance processing typically requires 3–5 months
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain the required clearance prior to site access
