About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MAS / Maximo Project Manager to lead delivery efforts supporting the migration from IBM Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9).

This role will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of continuous enhancement releases and modernization initiatives within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

The Project Manager will act as the primary delivery lead between technical teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery for MAS migration and enhancement initiatives
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate teams across development, testing, architecture, and client stakeholders
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Provide regular status reporting and governance updates
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects
  • 3+ years of experience delivering IBM Maximo projects
  • Experience managing platform upgrades or enterprise system migrations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
    • Agile or hybrid project delivery models
    • Complex enterprise IT environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Maximo 7.6 to MAS migrations
  • Experience in utilities, nuclear, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, cloud platforms, or container-based architectures
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
  • Experience managing multi-vendor delivery teams

Security Clearance Requirement

This role requires nuclear facility site-access security clearance.

  • Clearance processing typically requires 3–5 months
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain the required clearance prior to site access
