Location

This role is primarily remote; however, the selected candidate must be willing and able to attend on-site sessions at the client’s premises for go-live activities and key meetings, as required.

Role Summary

We are seeking a MAS Upgrade & Config Lead to support IBM Maximo Application Suite installation, configuration, integration, stabilization, and optimization in a regulated nuclear environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MAS 8 and/or MAS 9, OpenShift deployment, MAS CLI, enterprise integration, and platform troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep expertise in MAS platform modules, dependencies, and secure enterprise asset management architecture
• Deploy MAS on OpenShift Container Platform using MAS CLI
• Configure and optimize MAS Core and suite modules
• Perform installation and configuration of MAS Core, Manage, Health, Monitor, and Predict modules
• Collaborate with OpenShift architects and administrators to solution MAS platform requirements
• Use Ansible playbooks, Terraform, YAML, JSON, and XML to resolve issues and configure the platform
• Support application configuration aligned with enterprise integration platform requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues, platform stabilization, and optimization challenges
• Coordinate with product vendors on product-related issues
• Configure and manage MAS environments in alignment with business needs and best practices
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
• Resolve complex technical issues across MAS, OpenShift, and integration components

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maximo Technical Engineer or similar role
• Minimum 1 year of experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite installation and configuration, including MAS 8 and/or MAS 9
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Maximo enterprise integration
• Hands-on experience deploying MAS on OpenShift Container Platform
• Experience using MAS CLI for installation, configuration, or administration
• Experience with MAS Core, Manage, Health, Monitor, and Predict modules
• Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, YAML, JSON, and XML
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Ability to collaborate with technical architects, administrators, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Eligibility for nuclear site access clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MAS upgrades or Maximo modernization programs
• Experience in nuclear, utilities, generation, or highly regulated industrial environments
• Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms
• Experience with platform stabilization, performance optimization, and production go-live support
• Familiarity with secure, scalable asset management solutions in regulated environments
