Role Summary
We are seeking a Maximo / Work Management Subject Matter Expert to provide functional and operational guidance on corrective action, work order lifecycle, planning, asset context, and maintenance workflow behavior. This role will support use-case accuracy, data interpretation, business-rule validation, and reviewer / planner alignment during pilot execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional guidance on Maximo workflows, records, table relationships, and work management processes
• Support interpretation of CR, WO, related records, asset, location, job plan, and PM data
• Validate workflow assumptions, reviewer logic, and business-rule alignment
• Advise on planning context, maintenance execution patterns, and work order preparation
• Support data-readiness review, use-case refinement, and pilot validation
• Work with delivery, AI, and business teams to ensure the solution fits real operating practice
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with Maximo, work management, maintenance planning, or asset-management operations
• Strong knowledge of corrective action, work order workflows, and maintenance operations
• Ability to interpret Maximo data structures and how they support actual work execution
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and operations stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in nuclear, utilities, generation, outage planning, or industrial maintenance
• Experience with MAS 9 or Maximo modernization programs
• Experience supporting analytics, workflow modernization, or decision-support initiatives
