Role Summary
We are seeking a QA / Test Analyst to support test planning, validation, defect management, regression testing, workflow testing, and pilot-readiness activities across AI-enabled workflow solutions. This role is critical to ensuring the solution functions reliably in a controlled, auditable, and user-validated manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Create test plans, test cases, validation scripts, and defect tracking processes
• Perform functional, regression, workflow, integration, and user-facing testing
• Support validation of human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit logging, approvals, and exception handling
• Coordinate UAT activities with business users and delivery leads
• Track defects, retesting, and readiness status through pilot deployment
• Support documentation of test evidence, results, and closure status
• Help ensure pilot outputs meet defined quality and acceptance requirements
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or validation roles
• Experience testing enterprise applications, workflows, or integrated systems
• Strong understanding of test design, defect management, and regression practices
• Experience working with both technical teams and end users during validation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in regulated industries, utilities, or operational technology environments
• Experience testing AI-assisted workflows, evidence-driven applications, or enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with test management tools and Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Experience with audit, traceability, and controlled-release validation
